Boston Teamworks

Boston TeamWorks was established in 2005 as the first multi-tenant non-profit center in the
country focused on youth sports and education. Across the country, multi-tenant non-profit centers
are becoming an attractive and fiscally responsible way for organizations to maximize operating budgets.
Boston TeamWorks is unique among its peers in that the collaborative is intentionally focused on promoting
the health and wellness aspects of participating in youth sports and also leverages their collective resources
to promote and improve an entire sector.
Boston TeamWorks is comprised of five organizations (MetroLacrosse, America SCORES New England,
Good Sports, Women's Sports Foundation's GoGirlGo!, and the Metro Boston Coaches Academy) all of whom are focused on access to sports
and physical activity for disadvantaged youth and teens. Additionally, two of the five tenant organizations have
educational components to their program offering. Together, we serve more than 50,000 youth and teens each year.
Our programs serve all of Boston’s urban neighborhoods, and represent the diversity of the communities we serve.
