2012 Youth and Junior Spring Season Registration
4th - 8th graders (Spring 2012)
Deadline to register Spring season is Friday, March 9th. The season begins second week of April 2012. If you have any further questions, please contact Jimmy Lynch (617)288-9898 ext. 122
All participants must complete and return this Participation Waiver before the season starts. Waivers can be mailed to the MetroLacrosse office at 25 Thompson Place, 1st Floor, Boston, MA 02210 or faxed at (617)284-6162.
