Academic Programs and Educational Resources at MetroLacrosse

One of the core elements of MetroLacrosse’s mission is to inspire youth to achieve academic and educational success, and the way that MetroLacrosse defines success in this area is to create meaningful and achievable pathways to be admitted to and graduate from college.  This is important to MetroLacrosse because we believe that overall success in life is achieved with a balanced and rigorous commitment to being a student, an athlete and a strong community member.  In order to achieve these goals, MetroLacrosse offers progressive steps which, if a participant and his/her family are fully engaged, will lead to attending and graduating from college.  These steps are based on age group as well as four key elements of commitment – Explore; Connect; Engage; Prepare.

The following chart illustrates MetroLacrosse’s commitment to academic success and access to education.  We welcome your participation!
